Shipping/Returns

Shipping costs are primarily based on weight. To determine the cost of shipping on your order, add your items to the cart. On the "view cart" page there is a place to determine your shipping estimates by entering your country, state and zip code.

Please be aware that many items are custom-made and may require up to a week for completion. If you have a specific deadline for your order, please email leslie@thepracticeshoppe to let us know your timing needs.

International orders:

We will ship to any country outside of the United States.

Please note: For international shipping, we only offer DHL and UPS options on this website, which can be more expensive. You might want to check our Etsy shop as well, where USPS shipping options might be more affordable.

Returns:

We will gladly accept returns. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless your product is defective or was shipped in error. A full refund minus original shipping costs will be applied to all return orders in like-new condition. If you have received a defective or incorrect shipment please contact us for a return shipping label.
