$12.99 Provide your own artwork (2.75 x 5 inches). Please email any artwork to leslie@thepracticeshoppe.com.
$13.99 Custom name. Include the name and style of font and color in the order notes. I will send a proof before printing.
$19.99 Custom artwork. If you want me to create the artwork, please include a description in the notes or email leslie@thepracticeshoppe.com, and I will let you know if it is something I am able to do. You only need to pay this price for the first bead counter. If you want multiple bead counters that are the same they will be $12.99 each.
